WORKSHOPS & RESEARCH

HIGHLIGHTS

Dance and (Self-)Care

Among the 255 workshops and research projects this year, there are some classes that place a special emphasis on preparing the body for dance in a particular way and focus on (self-)care. Claire Lefèvre offers Care Work for exhausted Freelancers and overwhelmed Artists, in Julischka Stengele’s workshop Perceiving the World – Performative Exercises for Care, the interplay of time, attention and body can be examined in solo, duo and group exercises, and Christopher Matthews invites you to A Queer Houseparty: Weekender in an inclusive and intimate space for queers.
